Imposed entry restrictions for passengers who arrive from or have been in Portugal. Passengers arriving from Madeira (Portugal) must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.
- This does not apply to passengers younger than 5 years.
- This does not apply to passengers with a "D" visa issued by Czechia and a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at least 14 days and at most 90 days before arrival. The certificate must be issued in Switzerland or an EEA Member State, in Czech or English.
- This does not apply to passengers with a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued by a consulate or embassy of Czechia.
