  • Updated entry restrictions.
    Passengers are not allowed to enter.
    - This does not apply to domestic helpers who are traveling with the sponsor or with the first degree family members of the sponsor.
    - This does not apply to passengers with an entry permit issued by United Arab Emirates.
    - This does not apply to passengers traveling as tourists to Dubai (DXB) or Sharjah (SHJ) with a return/onward ticket.
    - This does not apply to nationals of China (People's Rep.) traveling to Abu Dhabi (AUH).
    - This does not apply to passengers with a Hong Kong (SAR China) passport traveling to Abu Dhabi (AUH).
    - This does not apply to passengers traveling to Abu Dhabi (AUH) with a resident visa.
    - This does not apply to passengers traveling to Abu Dhabi (AUH) with a tourist visa issued by Abu Dhabi.
    - This does not apply to nationals of China (People's Rep.) traveling to Abu Dhabi (AUH).

    Passengers traveling as tourists arriving at Dubai (DXB) or Sharjah (SHJ) must have health insurance.

    Passengers arriving at Dubai (DXB):
    - are subject to medical screening, and
    - must download and register the COVID-19 DXB Smart App.

    Passengers entering or transiting through Abu Dhabi (AUH) or Sharjah (SHJ) must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result. The test must have been taken at most 96 hours before departure of the last direct flight to United Arab Emirates. The certificate must be issued by an approved lab listed on https://screening.purehealth.ae or a lab accredited by the departure country.
    - This does not apply to passengers younger than 12 years.
    - This does not apply to passengers with disabilities.
    - This does not apply to passengers arriving from the United Kingdom.

    Passengers arriving at Sharjah (SHJ) must download the ALHOSN App.

    Passengers entering Dubai (DXB) or Al Maktoum (DWC) must have a printed medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result. The test must have been taken at most 72 hours before departure of the last direct flight to United Arab Emirates. The certificate must be in Arabic or English and must be issued by an approved lab listed on https://screening.purehealth.ae or a lab accredited by the departure country.
    - This does not apply to passengers arriving from Nigeria.
    - This does not apply to passengers younger than 12 years.
    - This does not apply to passengers with disabilities.
