- This does not apply to boyfriends or girlfriends of residents of Norway. A "Solemn declaration on relationship for use in connection with entry" signed by the person residing in Norway must be presented to the immigration upon arrival. - This does not apply to family members of nationals of Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City (Holy See) returning via Norway to their country of residence.
- This does not apply to passengers traveling to study in Norway. They must have received a decision letter stating that they have been granted a residence permit as a student in Norway.

Passengers must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR or Rapid Antigen test result. The test must have been taken 24 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The medical certificate must be in Danish, English, French, German, Norwegian or Swedish.
