Imposed entry restrictions. Visa exempt passengers and passengers with a Certificate of Visa Exemption issued by Viet Nam must submit a document certifying they are not tested positive for the Coronavirus (COVID-19). It must be issued by local competent authority accepted by Vietnam authority.
