Passengers arriving from Andorra, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Georgia, Ireland (Rep.), Israel, Latvia, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Panama, Peru, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA, or United Kingdom are not allowed to enter.
- This does not apply to family members of nationals of Moldova (Rep.).
- This does not apply to family members of passengers with a residence permit issued by Moldova (Rep.).
- This does not apply to students.
