They must travel together. Airlines are required to contact the local immigration for prior approval before boarding.

16.03.2020 06:30: imposed forced isolation for passengers who arrive from or have been in Iran, Korea (Rep.). Passengers who are visa exempt or eligible for visa on arrival traveling as tourist and arriving from China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) are required to be in quarantine for 4 days and be re-examined after 4 days.
