  • Updated entry restrictions.
    Passengers are not allowed to enter.
    - This does not apply to passengers with a diplomatic or service visa if arriving from a country other than the United Kingdom.
    - This does not apply to passengers with a visit visa if arriving from a country other than the United Kingdom.
    - This does not apply to passengers with an APEC Business Travel Card if arriving from a country other than the United Kingdom.

    Until 8 January 2021, passengers arriving from a country other than Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or United Kingdom must have a printed medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The certificate must be in English.

    A completed "electronic health awareness card (e-HAC)" must be presented upon arrival. The card can be obtained before departure at https://inahac.kemkes.go.id/

    Effective 1 January 2021 until 14 January 2021, passengers must have a printed medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result issued at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The certificate must be in English.
