  • Extended entry restrictions for passengers who arrive from or have been in United Kingdom.
    Passengers arriving from Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland or United Kingdom must complete a "Passenger Locator Form " no later than on arrival in Czechia. The form can be found at http://www.prijezdovyformular.cz/.
    - This does not apply to passengers younger than 5 years.

    Passengers arriving from the United Kingdom are not allowed to enter.
    - This does not apply to accompanying family members of nationals of Czechia residing in Czechia.
    - This does not apply to accompanying family members of nationals of Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City (Holy See) residing in Czechia.

    Passengers arriving from the United Kingdom must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR or antigen test result. The test must have been taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.
