Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.), Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong (SAR China), Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Rwanda, San Marino, Serbia, Sweden, United Kingdom, Uruguay or Vatican City (Holy See) must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) RT - PCR test result. The test must have been taken at most 72 hours before departure.
- This does not apply to family members of nationals of Cyprus if the national of Cyprus resides in Cyprus.

Family members of nationals of Cyprus, if the national of Cyprus resides in Cyprus, arriving from China (People's Rep.), Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong (SAR China), Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Rwanda, San Marino, Serbia, Sweden, United Kingdom, Uruguay or Vatican City (Holy See) must:
- be tested for Coronavirus (COVID-19) upon arrival; or
