- This does not apply to students with a notification letter issued by the Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND). The letter must be stated in Dutch and contain as from 3 July 2020 an English textblock.
- This does not apply to partners with a completed “Declaration of relationship for COVID-19 entry ban exemption" form, a return onward ticket and proof that they have been in a relationship for at least 3 months with a resident of the Netherlands who is a national of an EEA Member State or Switzerland. A completed 'Health Declaration Form' for passengers departing from high risk COVID-19 countries must be presented prior to boarding. The form can be found at https://www.government.nl/topics/coronavirus-covid-19.
