    Passengers must have spent the past 14 days in Australia (excluding the State of Victoria), Cook Isl., Fiji, Kiribati, Marshall Isl., Micronesia (Federated States), New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, Palau, Samoa, Solomon Isl., Chinese Taipei, Tonga, Tuvalu or Vanuatu.

    Passengers must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR SARS-CoV-2 RNA test result. The test must:
    - be based on nasal/oral swab; and
    - have been taken at most 3 days before departure from the first embarkation point.The certificate must be issued by an approved laboratory in English or a certified translation to English.
