Travel restrictions update for New Zealand

  • Extended quarantine policy.
    Passengers who have been in a country other than Australia, Cook Isl., Fiji, Kiribati, Marshall Isl., Micronesia (Federated States), Nauru, New Zealand, Niue, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Isl., Tonga, Tuvalu or Vanuatu, are expected to register with Healthline (0800 358 5453) and self-isolate for 14 days. They must fill-in a health registration form on arrival.
    Passengers who arrive from or have been in Australia, Cook Isl., Fiji, Kiribati, Marshall Isl., Micronesia (Federated States), Nauru, New Zealand, Niue, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Isl., Tonga, Tuvalu or Vanuatu, are expected to self-isolate for 14 days if they show symptoms. They must fill-in a health registration form on arrival.
    This does not apply to airline crew if they use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
    This does not apply to passengers only transiting through New Zealand without entering.
