  • Updated entry restrictions for passengers who arrive from or have been in Netherlands.
    Passengers who are arriving from or have transited through Albania, Andorra, Angola, Argentina, Austria, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Belgium, Benin, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Bulgaria, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Chad, Chile, Congo, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Eswatini (Swaziland), Ethiopia, Finland, France, Gabon, Gambia, Germany, Greece, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Ireland (Rep.), Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Maldives, Malta, Mauritania, Mexico, Moldova (Rep.), Mozambique, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Niger, Nigeria, North Macedonia (Rep.), Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Portugal, Qatar, Russian Fed., Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Slovakia, Somalia, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Tanzania, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Viet Nam or Zimbabwe must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) nucleic acid test result issued at most 3 days before departure. They must also have a green QR code with an 'HS' mark, or a Health Declaration Form issued by a Chinese embassy or consulate before departure.

    Nationals of China (People's Rep.) who are arriving from or have transited through Australia, Canada, Netherlands, Norway or USA must present a green QR code before departure. The QR code can be generated from:
    - declaring the health status for 14 days in the Wechat mimi program "FANG YI JIAN KANG MA GUO JI BAN", or
    - uploading a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) nucleic acid test result.
