Passengers arriving from Albania, Andorra, Argentina, Austria, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Eswatini, France, Georgia, Germany, Hungary, Ireland (Rep.), Israel, Italy, Kiribati, Korea (Rep.), Latvia, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Marshall Isl., Micronesia (Federated States), Monaco, Montenegro, Namibia, Nauru, Netherlands, Niue, North Macedonia (Rep.), Palau, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Fed., Samoa (American), San Marino, Serbia, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tonga, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, USA, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom or Uruguay without a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result issued at most 48 hours before arrival are subject to self-isolation.
