28.10.2020 15:42: updated entry restrictions for passengers who arrive from or have been in India. Passengers who have been to India, Indonesia or the Philippines within the past 14 days before entry or transit through Singapore must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result, taken within 72 hours before departure from India, Indonesia or the Philippines.
