Passengers must have an International Travel Certificate to enter and transit the French West Indies. The certificate must be obtained before departure via the French consular offices abroad or online at https://www.interieur.gouv.fr/Actualites/L-actu-du-Ministere/Attestation-de-deplacement-et-de-voyage.
