Passengers are not allowed to enter.

This does not apply to passengers arriving from Albania, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Austria, Barbados, Belgium, Belize, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Cayman Isl., Croatia, Cuba, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Dominica, Estonia, Finland, France, French West Indies, Germany, Greece, Grenada, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, Montserrat, Netherlands, North Macedonia (Rep.), Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Maarten, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Sweden, Trinidad and Tobago and United Kingdom.
Passengers must:
- complete an online health questionnaire 72 hours before departure at www.edcardaruba.aw , and
- have a health insurance.
