Travel restrictions of Vanuatu

  • Total entry ban
    Passengers are not allowed to enter.
    - This does not apply to passengers with a Special Category Visa issued before April 2020 and an approval from the immigration.
    Vanuatu's borders are closed.
    - This does not apply to humanitarian flights.
    Passengers must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) test result. The test must have been taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.
    Passengers must complete a "Online Travelers Health Registration Form" 24 hours before departure at:

  • Forced isolation
    Passengers are subject to medical screening; and
    - Coronavirus (COVID-19) test upon arrival; and
    - quarantine for 14 days.
