Extended entry restrictions. Passengers arriving in Northern Mariana Isl.:
- must complete a Declaration Form online at http://www.governor.gov.mp/covid-19/travel at least 3 days before arrival; and
- must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR result issued within 3 and 6 days before arrival. The certificate must be in English.
