Travel restrictions updates for Zimbabwe

06.11.2020 18:20: updated quarantine policy.
Passengers without a printed negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point are subject to a PCR test and quarantine upon arrival.


01.10.2020 06:06: imposed entry restrictions.
Passengers must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result issued at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.


01.10.2020 06:06: cancelled forced isolation.
Passengers are subject to quarantine for 8 days.


01.10.2020 06:06: cancelled flights restrictions for all international flights.
Flights to Zimbabwe are suspended until 30 September 2020.


22.09.2020 14:20: updated flights restrictions for all international flights.
Flights to Zimbabwe are suspended until 30 September 2020.
- This does not apply to repatriation flights.


20.08.2020 11:22: imposed forced isolation.
Passengers are subject to quarantine for 8 days.

Except for BUQ, HRE and VFA airports are closed.
BUQ, HRE and VFA airports are open for the following flights:
- flights carrying staff for essential services or sick persons to hospitals and other health care providers;
- flights carrying a member of the staff of a foreign mission or agency going to or from such mission or agency, or a citizen, resident or protected subject of a foreign country going to or from a foreign mission of the country of which he or she is the citizen, resident or subject, for the purpose of obtaining services or assistance at such mission;
- flights carrying police, defence forces personnel and other enforcement officers.
