Passengers who have been in Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Chinese Taipei, Cuba, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat or St. Kitts and Nevis in the past 14 days must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) RT-PCR or RNA test result issued at most 72 hours before arrival.
