10.04.2020 11:04: extended entry restrictions: imposed total entry ban.
Passengers are not allowed to enter Falkland Isl. (Malvinas) until 6 May 2020.

18.03.2020 15:40: imposed quarantine policy.
Passengers arriving from any country are subject to isolation for a period of 14 days if they develop symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19). They must contact the local hospital on 28000 for advice.


14.03.2020 03:14: updated quarantine policy for passengers who arrive from or have been in Cambodia, China (except Wuhan City or Hubei Province), Hong Kong, Japan, Korea (Rep.) (except Daegu or Cheongdo), Lao People's Dem. Rep., Macao, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Taiwan (Chinese Taipei), Thailand, Vietnam.
Passengers who arrive from or have been in Cambodia, China (People's Rep.) (except Wuhan City or Hubei Province), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China), Japan, Korea (Rep.) (except Daegu or Cheongdo), Lao People's Dem. Rep, Macao (SAR China), Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand or Viet Nam should contact the local hospital on 28000 if they develop relevant symptoms, and self-isolate immediately.


14.03.2020 03:14: extended entry restrictions and quarantine policy for passengers who arrive from or during last 14 days have been in China (Wuhan City or Hubei Province), Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) (Daegu or Cheongdo).
Passengers who arrive from or have been in Wuhan City or Hubei Province of China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy, Daegu or Cheongdo of Korea (Rep.), in the past 14 days, and are not a Falkland Islands resident, should not travel to the Falkland Islands. All such arrivals, including local residents, will be interviewed and medically examined on arrival. They will be required to self-isolate for 14 days.


[before 12th March 2020]: imposed quarantine policy for passengers who arrive from or have been in Cambodia, China (except Wuhan City or Hubei Province), Hong Kong, Japan, Korea (Rep.) (except Daegu or Cheongdo), Lao People's Dem. Rep., Macao, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Taiwan (Chinese Taipei), Thailand, Vietnam.
Passengers who arrive from or have been in Cambodia, China (People's Rep.) (except Wuhan City or Hubei Province), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China), Japan, Korea (Rep.) (except Daegu or Cheongdo), Lao People's Dem. Rep, Macao (SAR China), Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand or Viet Nam and who have relevant symptoms (cough, high temperature or shortness of breath etc.) and who have a relevant travel history, will be isolated immediately under public health legislation.
